The Challenge
AituMATCH was designed to bridge the social gap within the Astana IT University campus. The main challenge was to create a secure and engaging platform where students could connect beyond their academic circles, overcoming the difficulty of meeting new people in a fast-paced, tech-heavy environment.
The Solution
We developed a localized Telegram Bot with a custom matching algorithm tailored for students. Key features include:
Verification System: Ensuring only AITU students can join.
Smart Tags: Users select their tech stack, hobbies, and study interests to find compatible matches.
Gamified UX: A seamless "Swipe & Match" interface designed for quick interactions between classes.
Identity Protection: Keeping communication within the bot until a mutual match is found.

The bot successfully fostered a new layer of university networking. It led to:
